Shipping Policy

Third Finger Ink utilises suppliers from across the Globe, including Australia, New Zealand, the UK, America and Europe.

Shipping times and postage fees may vary on each product due to our variety of suppliers. When you purchase an item, the fees and shipping times will show up on each purchase. We do not determine the postage fees in store.

Some products can take up to 3-4 weeks at the outset, please keep shipping times in mind for busy periods of the year such as Christmas, when ALL parcels seem to go to the north pole first, before being routed to their actual destination.

 

Maintain your position as the "favourite" and order well in advance to avoid tears and a demotion in rank, by being the only one turning up to a family gathering without that special gift that you knew they would love so much.

Return & Exchange Policy

Third Finger Ink is based on the right for Freedom of Expression and thus we return and exchange in the same manner in which we are engaged with. We provide excellent customer service and we will bend over backwards for our customers, but we don't tolerate non-valid tantrums or abuse.

 

For Actual Returns & Exchanges of Products 

Return policy: 

Our shop is SEMI-AUTOMATED, therefore if you want a design on a different product to what is offered in the shop or a design colour reversal (black to white option) or a re-sizing of the design, then you must specify in the note section in the checkout, so we can manually make these adjustments to your order, otherwise your order will be put straight through. Refunds and exchanges will not be given for a customer's mistaken order and lack of detail provided.

 

Third Finger is a print-on-demand company, which means that all products are unique and are produced only once ordered. This also means that returns are NOT supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind.

Lost orders with an incorrect delivery address provided are not able to be refunded nor are garments with a minor size deviation from the size guide measurements (below 1.5"= inch) or minor colour variations in the fabric and the print design.

Measure twice - cut once

Please ensure you have measured for sizing prior to ordering.

We DO accept returns for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Return request must be submitted within 21 days after the product has been received by the estimated delivery date. 

 

Exchange Policy:   

We do not exchange products if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. We DO exchange for misprinted/damaged/defective items. Exchange requests must be submitted no later than 21 days after the products estimated delivery date.
