Payment Methods

Online Payments - Credit Cards / Visa / Debit Cards via Square Payment Gateway

Offline Payments - Cash and Bank Transfer for Australian Customers Only - Enquire

We apologise for the inconvenience of the below stances we abide by for our shop.

We Do Not accept PAYPAL transactions on Principle due to them supporting censorship.

Instalment Payments - We choose not to offer Instalment Payment Plans such as AfterPay due to the associated highway robbery fees they charge small business per payment instalment.

We refuse to play that game or charge all of our customers extra for the convenience of a few.

Custom Design Inquiries

Displayed designs on specific products can be adapted within our guidelines, if you want a different design on a different product or any changes made to the product/design presented in store, You need to make a detailed note in the checkout (in the note section) when you purchase, so we can manually adjust your order for you. If there is no extra note from you we will assume that you are ordering the product as is.

We are more than happy to assist you with custom designs using your content. Please see our FAQ's page for details and email us to discuss your creative needs and we'll do our best to accommodate you within our design perimeters.

At Third Finger Ink, not only is your right to freedom of expression close to our heart but also your right to information privacy and security

We collect your information for the sole purposes of processing your orders and we will retain your email address for subscriptions and direct email marketing from us to you. We will never sell your contact details to a third party.

We may contact you via email, text or telephone to communicate any information directly related to your purchase and for marketing purposes. 

 

We are vigilant at all times in our security to protect our store and your information from breaches, in the event that our site is breached we will notify you immediately. We do not take any responsibility for third party breaches with any affiliated parties, such as financial institutions, payment gateway suppliers, telco providers, Apple, Samsung or other Smart device platforms, search engines or hosting platforms. However as part of the Privacy Act 1988 and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner requirements, we will inform you immediately if we become aware of a breach.

Information that is shared with third parties may include payment information processing that is conducted through your financial institution and of course your name and postal address with our shipping partners. The rest is kept secure behind SSL and Firewalls.

Certain services and products made available via Third Finger Ink are delivered by third party suppliers and organisations. By using any product, service or functionality originating from the thirdfinger.ink domain, you hereby acknowledge and consent that Third Finger Ink may share such information and data with any third party with whom Third Finger Ink has a contractual relationship to provide the requested product, service or functionality on behalf of Third Finger Ink customers.

Our name may be a bit cheeky but we will never flip our customers an unearned bird.

On the rare occasion that something goes wrong, if you are not satisfied or need us to address something, please don't spam us all over social media before giving us the chance to rectify any concerns.

We guarantee to do all that we can within our power to fix any issue directly originating from Third Finger Ink and if it's a third party/supplier/contractual issue, then we'll still do our best to sort it out for you.
